These two snow-white horses are the immortal Lampus and Phaethon. Their names mean Shiner and Radiant and their mission is to carry the goddess of the dawn, Eos across the sky to disperse the mists and shadows of the night, clearing the way for her brother, the Helios- the god of the sun.
